School Speech Language Pathologist - Erie, CO

This contract role offers full-time hours and spans the entire academic year, beginning in August and wrapping up in late May. Here, your expertise will make a direct impact on students from PreK through 5th grade across two welcoming school sites.

Your day-to-day will include a balanced caseload of 50-55 students, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams and families to help every child discover their voice.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Familiarity with early childhood and elementary populations a plus
- Ability to conduct Child Find evaluations and write comprehensive reports
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students (PreK–5th) across two locations
- Conduct evaluations, including Child Find, and contribute to eligibility decisions
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with teams and families
- Collect data, document progress, and communicate effectively with staff and caregivers
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
