Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Emory, TX

Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to students with moderate to severe needs in a supportive elementary school environment
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create an inclusive and positive learning experience
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Support student development in both individual and small group sessions
Desired Qualifications:
- SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA, with appropriate licensure
- Experience in school-based or pediatric speech-language pathology preferred
- Background in teletherapy appreciated, though this role is on-site only
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Enthusiastic about working with K-6th grade students in diverse settings
- Comfortable with a mod-severe caseload and eager to be part of a dedicated on-site therapy team
Enjoy the consistency of one location, a supportive team, and the reward of making a difference for students every day. Full-time, on-site hours run from 7:30-8am through 2:45-3:45pm, up to 40 hours per week. Interviews are conveniently conducted via Zoom, Monday through Friday.
