Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs
- Lead engaging, effective therapy sessions to support progress toward communication goals
- Track and document student progress with accuracy and thoroughness
- Collaborate actively with a dynamic multidisciplinary team, ensuring seamless coordination of care
- Foster relationships with families and caregivers, providing education and support throughout the therapy process
Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current state licensure, or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) highly preferred
- Experience in school settings and/or working with pediatric populations is desirable
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to manage caseloads both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Must meet all qualifications as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology, including possessing a master’s degree or higher in the field
