Speech Language Pathologist in Citrus Heights, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Must hold or be eligible for a state-approved license in Speech-Language Pathology
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language challenges
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Lead engaging therapy sessions that target students’ speech and language goals
- Maintain accurate, detailed progress documentation and student records
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and school staff to coordinate support strategies
- Involve and educate families throughout the therapy process to maximize progress and carryover
