Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP licensure (California preferred)
- Experience in a school setting, preferably at the high school/post-secondary level
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-driven environment
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a shared caseload of students, working closely with a team of seven other SLPs
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Support students in developing their communication skills in an educational setting
- Collaborate with educators and caregivers to ensure student progress
- Complete documentation and participate in IEP meetings as needed
