What we're looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but Clinical Fellows highly encouraged to apply
- Experience or strong interest in working within educational settings, especially across K-12 age groups
- Excellent communication skills, compassion, and adaptability
- Proficiency with assessment tools and IEP documentation
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Design and implement targeted therapy plans, both individual and group
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Complete required ETR/IEP assessments, documentation, and reporting
- Offer guidance and training to staff and families on speech-language strategies
- Participate actively in student support and multidisciplinary team meetings
