High School 1:1 School Speech Language Pathologist - Raeford, NC

Required Qualifications:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist

- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s goals
- Provide 1:1 intervention as well as group sessions where needed
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing valuable insight for student development
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting plans as necessary
