Key Qualifications:
- Current or eligibility for California licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC or CF accepted)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Experience with school-aged children across diverse backgrounds is desirable
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Comprehensive understanding of assessment protocols and IEP processes
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and interventions
- Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Provide therapeutic interventions in both individual and small group settings
For the 2026-2027 school year, this position offers a competitive hourly compensation ranging from $55 to $65, depending on experience and credentials.
