Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
- Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and continuous professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 caseload
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals and therapy plans
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Provide ongoing consultation and support for teachers, parents, and school staff
- Maintain thorough records of evaluations, progress, and treatment outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a supportive, student-centered environment
