Key Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF welcome)
- Experience with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse cultural and linguistic needs
- Commitment to developing and implementing effective IEPs
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat students exhibiting speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Design and deliver individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal-setting and progress monitoring
- Partner with classroom teachers and families to support students’ functional communication
- Maintain detailed documentation in line with school, district, and state requirements
- Provide training or resources to staff and caregivers as needed
