Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active or eligible state licensure as required by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged populations is highly desirable
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech and language goals
- Provide direct therapeutic interventions and monitor student progress
- Maintain accurate, detailed documentation of services and improvements
- Collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families for coordinated care
- Educate and empower families to support progress outside therapy sessions
