Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- In-depth understanding of speech, language, and communication development in children
- Ability to connect with and motivate students from diverse backgrounds
- Strong organizational, collaboration, and communication skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
- Provide direct therapy and intervention services to children
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences as needed
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with educational and legal standards
