What We’re Looking For:
- Valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) and eligibility to work in a school-based setting
- Experience with elementary-age students preferred
- Comfort and/or prior experience supporting students with AAC devices
- Adaptability to shift schedule/hours based on district staffing needs
Your Role:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy, supporting student progress under SLP supervision
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to enhance students’ communication skills
- Assist in data collection, IEP goal progress monitoring, and caseload management
- Contribute to AAC implementation and ongoing support for students with specialized needs
- Maintain compliance with all district and state regulations
