Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Derry, New Hampshire

Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience working in pediatric and/or school settings strongly preferred
- Proficiency in administering speech and language evaluations and implementing individualized therapy plans
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students PreK–12, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and social skills needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and consult with classroom teachers to support student success
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in compliance with school policies
- Facilitate parent meetings and offer resources for home carryover
