This contract position offers a consistent 35-hour workweek and the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team of seven fellow SLPs. Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working in school settings, especially at the high school or post-secondary level, is strongly preferred
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills for team-based caseload management
  • Ability to design and implement IEP-driven therapy plans that support student achievement
  • Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced, diverse environment

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative SLP services to a diverse caseload of students alongside a team of seven SLPs
  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in high school and post-secondary students
  • Develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and provide progress reports to families and educators
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support holistic student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with all federal and state guidelines
