Key Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) state license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Valid educator certificate meeting state requirements
- Experience in a school-based SLP setting, specifically with early childhood caseloads
- Strong ability to supervise and support Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
- Preference for fully in-person service delivery, but open to candidates able to provide supervision in a hybrid (minimum three days per week onsite) schedule
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive, in-person speech and language services to early childhood students
- Manage a caseload of approximately 50-55 students, ensuring individualized and high-quality intervention
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Supervise and mentor an assigned SLPA, ensuring compliance and quality of service
- Collaborate with educators and families to support student communication goals
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to school and state guidelines
