In this role, you’ll work with a diverse pediatric population, blending in-person services with teletherapy as needed. The position offers competitive pay, ranging from $50 to $60 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong Clinical Fellowship applicants welcome
- Experience with pediatric and school-based caseloads
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and therapy delivery
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to tailor interventions for diverse student needs
What You’ll Do:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Conduct therapy sessions onsite and via teletherapy, adapting activities as required
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare detailed reports
- Participate in IEP development and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all students
