Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized IEP goals supporting each student’s growth
- Deliver direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in group formats
- Engage collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation and actively participate in IEP meetings
