About the Opportunity
We are actively hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a supportive school district in Rohnert Park, CA for the upcoming full school year. This is a rewarding opportunity to work with diverse student populations across multiple school sites, supporting students’ communication needs in inclusive educational settings.

Position Overview
We have two SLP openings available:
Middle School Assignment:

Provide services across three Special Day Classes (SDCs):

Two mild/moderate classrooms
One extensive support needs classroom


Support students in:

Resource Specialist Program (RSP)
General education settings


Collaborate with educators and IEP teams to deliver services

Elementary School Assignment (Two Sites):

Site 1:

Serve students in grades TK–5
Combination of general education and extensive support needs classrooms


Site 2:

Primarily support students in general education placements


Key Responsibilities

Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
Provide direct therapy services to students with varying needs
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports


Qualifications

Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License required
CCC-SLP preferred (CFY candidates may be considered)
Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills


Support and Work Environment

Supervision and support staff provided (including paraprofessionals and aides)
Collaborative school-based setting
Multiple school sites with structured caseloads
