Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Michigan state SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or in process as a clinical fellow (CFY)
- Experience working in elementary settings, school-based programs, or pediatric therapy
- Proficiency in teletherapy platforms and a commitment to best practices in remote service delivery
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of elementary students with a range of speech and language needs
- Develop and implement effective, individualized IEPs and treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services via onsite or virtual modalities
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary staff to support student progress
- Track and report on student outcomes, maintaining compliance with school and legal requirements
- Attend meetings and provide consultation as a valued member of the educational team
