Desired Skills and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience providing SLP services in schools, with preference for elementary-age caseloads
- Strong background in pediatric therapy and individualized education program (IEP) documentation
- Comfortable delivering services in-person or via teletherapy platforms
- Exceptional communication and organization skills, with a passion for working with children
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary school students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
- Deliver therapy sessions, track progress, and adjust interventions based on student response
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student development
- Maintain accurate records and provide timely updates on student performance
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
