What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric or elementary-aged caseloads preferred
- Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a range of speech and language disorders
- Comfortable with individual and group therapy sessions
- Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with school-based documentation
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation aligned with school and legal requirements
- Partner with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
- Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Participate in school meetings and provide insightful recommendations on student communication needs
