Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working in school settings, especially with elementary-aged students
- Knowledgeable in teletherapy as well as in-person service delivery
- Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention strategies
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders within the elementary caseload
- Develop, implement, and manage individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, both onsite and via teletherapy, as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support each student’s progress
- Maintain accurate records and prepare necessary documentation in compliance with school protocols
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and IEP conferences for student planning
- Provide guidance and mentorship to SLP Clinical Fellows if applicable
