Ideal candidates will bring dedication and enthusiasm for pediatric speech-language services, as well as an openness to exploring in-person or teletherapy modalities to best meet student needs.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with pediatric or elementary-aged caseloads preferred
  • Skilled in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning for a range of speech and language disorders
  • Comfortable with individual and group therapy sessions
  • Knowledge of IEP process and familiarity with school-based documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Teletherapy experience a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy to elementary students, both individually and in small groups
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
  • Prepare and maintain thorough documentation aligned with school and legal requirements
  • Partner with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEPs
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
  • Participate in school meetings and provide insightful recommendations on student communication needs
