- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for CFY
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) for school-based SLP practice
- Experience with pediatric caseloads, preferably in elementary settings
- Background in teletherapy or willingness to provide virtual services as needed
- Strong assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and create individualized therapy plans for K-5 students
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language services in both in-person and remote formats
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with all state and federal guidelines
- Support students with varied speech and language disorders, including articulation, fluency, language, and voice
- Provide mentorship and guidance for SLP students or Clinical Fellows if applicable
