Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP state license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Background working with pediatric and school-based caseloads, especially elementary-aged children
- Proficient in a range of SLP services, including screenings, evaluations, and therapeutic interventions
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills to work with teachers, staff, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for elementary students in an educational setting
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide both direct and consultative services, adapting to in-person or virtual settings as needed
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and progress reports
- Offer support and resources to families to reinforce progress at home
