Key Qualifications and Skills:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
- Demonstrated experience in pediatric settings, preferably with elementary school students
- Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy service delivery
- Strong collaboration skills for working with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches to meet diverse student needs
- Clear and effective communication, both verbal and written
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for elementary students
- Deliver speech and language therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and regulatory policies
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing observations and recommendations
