Needles, CA (1 opening – K–12, includes travel option)
Contract Dates:
August 4, 2026 – June 3, 2027 (subject to change)
Schedule:
Full-time: 37.5 hours per week
Onsite Only – No remote or virtual services
Position Overview:
We are seeking licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time, school-based positions in Victorville and Needles, California. Join a supportive team environment with manageable caseloads (approximately 55 students), SLPA support, and a consistent school schedule.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced SLPs looking for stable hours, strong support, and the ability to make a meaningful impact working with school-aged students.
Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K–6 or K–12 settings
Perform evaluations, screenings, and assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
Supervise and coordinate services alongside SLPAs
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
Caseload Details:
Victorville, CA (2 Positions)
Grade Levels: K–6
Caseload: Approximately 55 students per SLP
SLPA support provided
All services conducted onsite within the district
Needles, CA (1 Position)
Grade Levels: K–12
Caseload: Approximately 55 students

Potential travel to Monument Peak reservation
Approximately 2-hour drive each way
Mileage reimbursement provided
Requirements:
Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Valid CTC Clear Credential (California Teaching Credential)
School-based experience preferred
Must be able to work onsite in California
No Clinical Fellows (CFs) or virtual candidates accepted
