Caseload: Approximately 70–80 students per campus
Supervisory: Yes – SLPAs
Position Overview
Crowley ISD is seeking two full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join the district for the school year. These opportunities will support elementary-aged students and will involve providing speech and language services across the district.
The positions will most likely be itinerant, with SLPs supporting students across school campuses as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students
- Complete evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and other related service providers
- Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed
- Supervise SLPAs at an elementary campus
- Provide guidance and support to supervised SLPAs
- Travel between campuses as needed in an itinerant capacity

Qualifications
- Appropriate Texas SLP licensure/certification required
- School-based experience required
- Experience supervising or working with SLPAs preferred

- Ability to manage an itinerant caseload and work across school campuses
