Make a positive impact supporting students as a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist in a contract position for the 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Georgia SLP License or GaPSC certification required (one is required to start; both will be needed during the contract)
- Open to SLPs with CCC, CF, or SLAs certified through GaPSC (SLPAs are not accepted)
- Prior experience in educational, pediatric, or school-based settings is highly valued
- Ability to work onsite in the McDonough, GA area for the entire contract duration
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for supporting students’ speech, language, and social development
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services in a school setting
- Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention strategies for students
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with staff and families
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Adjust approaches and materials to individual student needs
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Contract details include a traditional school-year calendar, beginning late July and ending in late May, with a weekly commitment of 37.5 onsite hours.
