Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license for Ohio
- Prior school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
- Confident managing caseloads for students with diverse disabilities, Pre-K through Grade 12
- Strong assessment, documentation, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students at Pre-K–Kindergarten and Grades 9–12 levels
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide group and individual therapy based on student needs
- Maintain thorough and accurate records of services and progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, special education teams, and other service providers
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal planning
