Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Either current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility to obtain it
- Experience or interest in pediatrics, preferably in educational settings
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to work onsite within school teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver effective interventions
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary discussions
- Offer guidance and resources to parents and staff to support student success
