Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Nampa, ID

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
- Experience or passion for working with pediatric populations in a school setting
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver evidence-based interventions to support students’ academic success and social participation
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support students’ progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to evaluation processes
