Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Boise, ID

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Skills and enthusiasm for working with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Open to both experienced SLPs and recent graduates pursuing their CFY
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapeutic goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate case notes, progress reports, and documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for learners of diverse backgrounds
- Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain best practices in pediatric speech therapy
