Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Aurora, CO

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Flexibility and drive to adapt to a diverse school environment
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and ongoing therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and other professionals
- Maintain detailed records and progress notes in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Communicate student progress with parents, teachers, and related service team
- Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary consultations as needed
- Support an inclusive learning environment that fosters growth and development for each student
