Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Candidates must hold or be eligible for Colorado state licensure as an SLP
- ASHA CCC or current CFY status needed
- Experience or passion for working with pediatric and school-age children
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with educational teams, students, and families
- Flexibility and adaptability in a school-based setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across a range of ages and abilities
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to interdisciplinary discussions
- Monitor and report on student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Maintain compliance with state, district, and departmental regulations and procedures
