Key Qualifications:
- Currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for state licensure and educational clearances as required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with students, families, and school staff
- Adaptable, organized, and eager to work with diverse student populations
- Open to working full-time on-site in a school-based setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with teachers and other professionals
- Provide evidence-based therapy, documenting student progress and adjusting plans as needed
- Attend meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Engage in ongoing professional development and supervision provided by certified SLPs
