Qualifications:
- Currently in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Master’s degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for appropriate state licensure
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate within a team
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct screenings and comprehensive evaluations
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary school teams, teachers, and families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute input for goals and progress
