What you’ll bring:
- Current or pending Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- In the process of completing, or newly embarked on, your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Eligibility for state licensure or certification in speech-language pathology
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability and commitment to fostering a positive learning environment
- Desire to work on-site in a school-based setting
What you’ll do:
- Provide direct assessment, intervention, and therapy to students with speech and language needs
- Collaborate with special education teams to implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain timely, accurate records
- Participate in team meetings, professional development, and case consultations
- Receive regular supervision and mentorship from an experienced SLP, supporting your CFY requirements
