Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Current eligibility for CFY status (must be in Clinical Fellowship Year)
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Minnesota
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations in a school setting
- Willingness to work onsite full-time
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators and caregivers
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to facilitate comprehensive support for student needs
- Receive ongoing mentoring and supervision to support your Clinical Fellowship Year requirements
