Key Qualifications:
- Current or anticipated completion of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) as required for SLP licensure
- Commitment to working full-time, on-site in a school-based environment
- Passion for supporting students’ communication needs
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as an active team member
