Qualifications and Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Currently in the Clinical Fellowship Year and eligible for state licensure
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
- Desire to work with pediatric or school-aged populations in a school environment
- Willingness to work on-site for the duration of the contract
- Enthusiastic about collaborative work with educators, families, and related service providers
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and document progress for each student
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Contribute to case management, including screening and evaluating students as needed
- Engage in professional growth under the supervision provided by an experienced SLP
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all policies and school protocols
