Qualifications:
- Actively engaged in your clinical fellowship year (CFY) for speech-language pathology
- Eligibility for relevant state licensing/certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
- Emotional maturity and a passion for making a difference with school-aged learners
- Willingness to work onsite for the duration of the contract
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in cooperation with educators and families
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and multidisciplinary planning
- Receive supervision, feedback, and mentorship throughout your clinical fellowship year to support your growth
