Key Qualifications:
- Currently completing or eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations in an on-site educational setting
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across various age groups and abilities
- Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to holistic educational programming
- Receive supervision and mentorship from an experienced SLP as part of the clinical fellowship requirement
