Key Qualifications:
- Must be actively pursuing the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for state licensure (or in process)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Passion for enhancing student growth and adaptability in school settings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and evaluation records
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions
- Engage in ongoing professional development under the supervision of an experienced SLP mentor
