Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (CFY eligible)
- TX SLP-CFY license or eligibility
- Strong clinical competencies with both assessment and treatment for school-age populations
- Ability to work collaboratively with educators, support staff, and families
- Bilingual Spanish/English skills valued for part of the caseload
- Excellent organization and time management
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and therapy services for a caseload of monolingual and bilingual students
- Develop and implement IEPs in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain detailed records and compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in parent meetings and staff consultations
- Adapt approaches to support diverse linguistic and cultural student needs
