Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA CCC or current eligibility for CFY
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Genuine dedication to fostering student growth and engagement
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language evaluations and comprehensive therapy to students according to IEP or 504 plan requirements
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and report progress as required by school and regulatory guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for team-based planning
