Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
• Background in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly within school environments, is valued
• Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal abilities to engage students, families, and multidisciplinary school staff

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
• Develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual educational needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, track student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support personnel to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise in developing effective student supports
