Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligibility for Texas SLP license or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Strong skills with assessment, intervention, and documentation for school-aged children
- Bilingual proficiency (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred for part of the caseload
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Passion for working collaboratively with educators, families, and students
- Ability to adapt therapy plans for monolingual and bilingual learners
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services to K-12 students
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and write targeted IEP goals
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and progress documentation
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that celebrates linguistic diversity
