Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) according to ASHA standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Previous experience—or genuine enthusiasm—for supporting school-aged children
- Spanish language proficiency a plus for working with bilingual students
- Ability to maintain detailed and timely documentation
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver individualized and group therapy to monolingual and bilingual students
- Assess, diagnose, and craft treatment plans for a broad range of communication and language needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to optimize student progress
- Monitor and report on student outcomes, adjusting interventions as necessary
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable insights regarding speech and language development
