Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Eligibility for Texas licensure and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Strong desire to work with both monolingual and bilingual students
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Enthusiasm for working in a school-based setting with K-12 ages
Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students on your caseload
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to monolingual and bilingual students
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide documentation as required
- Monitor, track, and report student progress to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain compliance with all local and federal guidelines for school-based speech services
