Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Eligible for SLP Clinical Fellow Year (CFY); actively pursuing or newly graduated
- Familiarity with evaluation, intervention, and documentation in school settings
- Ability to collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with bilingual caseloads or fluency in another language is a strong plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy and intervention services to elementary and secondary-aged students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments for both monolingual and bilingual caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Maintain documentation and progress reports in accordance with federal, state, and district requirements
- Support collaboration between families, staff, and other professionals to help students thrive academically and socially
- Engage in ongoing professional growth with the mentorship and supervision required for the CFY
