Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Eden Prairie, Minnesota

Ideal candidates will possess:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology in Minnesota
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Direct experience with pediatric populations in educational, healthcare, or teletherapy settings
- Ability to assess, diagnose, and implement individualized therapy plans
- Familiarity supporting K-8th grade students with diverse speech and language needs
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with school staff, families, and other professionals
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough speech and language assessments for students in the caseload
- Delivering both direct and consultative speech-language therapy services individually or in small groups
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and therapy goals
- Providing evaluation support as needed within the K-8 building
- Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports on student performance
- Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
