Qualifications & Experience Sought:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
  • Strong background in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to target specific speech and language goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students in group and individual settings
  • Maintain detailed progress records and provide regular updates to staff and families
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide resources, training, and support for teachers and classroom staff
