Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Strong background in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating communication and language disorders
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to target specific speech and language goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students in group and individual settings
- Maintain detailed progress records and provide regular updates to staff and families
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to the multidisciplinary team
- Provide resources, training, and support for teachers and classroom staff
