Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Bowie, MD

What You Bring:
- Current Maryland Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
- Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) SLP Certification, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience with school-aged or pediatric populations is a plus, though motivated new professionals are welcome
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, students, and families
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered support
Daily Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments and evaluations
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEP) and related goals
- Deliver targeted therapy—both direct and consultative—in alignment with student needs
- Document student progress and maintain compliance with documentation standards
- Partner closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams, actively contributing to student success
- Support a diverse caseload covering the full K-12 range, offering tailored interventions on-site
