Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students, addressing a range of communication challenges
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to inform and update IEPs
- Develop and track IEP goals, ensuring continuous progress and compliance
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation of all student services
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to deliver holistic student support
- Adapt to shifting caseloads and assist as needed to meet school and student demands
