Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Baltimore, MD

Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license (or eligibility for licensure) in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Prior experience in pediatric settings, ideally within schools
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and school-based documentation
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to providing high-quality services
Role Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support students’ communication development
• Maintain accurate progress records and comply with all required school and district documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support team
• Stay current with best practices and ongoing professional development in speech-language pathology
