Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) from an accredited program
- Current state license (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of IEP process and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose communication disorders among school-aged children
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized speech and language therapy plans
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation on student progress and service delivery
